What is Emberlo?

Emberlo is an AI assistant that follows up with people who signed up on your website but didn't buy. It emails and texts them, answers their questions, and stops as soon as they buy.

Who is Lo?

Lo is the name of Emberlo's AI assistant. Lo writes the messages in your voice, using only the facts you give it.

Will it say something wrong?

Lo can only use the facts you give it, like your price and your refund policy. If it doesn't know something, it says so or passes the conversation to you. Safeguards also block any link, discount or message count you haven't approved.

Can it give discounts?

Only the ones you set up. You choose the steps, for example 10% after two messages. Each code works once, for one person, and expires. The Spark plan doesn't include discounts.

Do customers know it's an AI?

Yes. If anyone asks, Lo says it's an AI assistant. You can read any conversation and take over at any time, and Emberlo alerts you when a conversation needs you.

What if someone wants to stop?

If they reply stop, click unsubscribe, or report a message as spam, the conversation ends straight away and Emberlo never contacts them on that channel again.

Which online shops does it work with?

WooCommerce today. That's how Emberlo knows when someone has bought and creates discount codes. Other shops can be added on request.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set everything up with you on a call: your sign-up form, your shop, how Lo should sound and your rules. After that it runs on its own.

Which channels work today?
